Bedford River Christmas Fireworks 2008
We decided upon a more distant vantage point for this display looking down the river. Things fell apart, quite literally, when we were setting up as one of the legs fell off the tripod! However, we mangaged to get it stable before the display began! We tried a new method of capturing the images. We used a laptop PC connected to the camera giving Love Mae a live view of what the camera saw via awesome Canon software. My role was direction and focus and Love Mae's was controlling the exposure time of each shot. A real team effort! All shots were taken at F11 with various exposure times between 2 and 10 seconds. Also in this gallery I am improvising a little with abstract creations generated from the original shots. The titles of each abstract are based upon what I see in them. Not sure if you can see it too or even something I missed! If so leave a comment! Above all....ENJOY!
