This bi-annual event is most definitely the place to be for free entertainment and a great atmosphere! It’s a huge event that is only spoiled by an idiotic one way system over permanent bridges and temporary pontoon bridges that seems to frustrate everyone and force them to walk much further than needed at an event that is already very demanding on the feet! Grrrr!

I organised some canoeing displays and then set about capturing some “Faces of the Festival” as seen below. The bands were brilliant, the crowds were having a blast and I was enjoying both! I hope this photographic record captures the good time that was had by all :-)
