The Classics on the Common 2010 Event organised by the Harpenden Village Rotary Club. We found out about this event after it had started! But we still attended to see what was going on. It was actually a good reminder of what it is like to shoot an event without a preselected backdrop. Loads of clutter....legs, hivis jackets, other vehicles all adding to make a clean shot of each vehicle impossible. Hopefully we can attend early in 2011 and, with the approval of HVRC we can plan a good shoot of each vehicle in a specific setting to properly record the event.

There is another gallery here which, although features mainly one official dancing around cars as they exit, is a tribute to the work done by so many volunteers to make the event run smoothly. Brilliant!
