The Viking Kayak Club Awards 2010 were presented by British white water slalom athlete Etienne Stott to a packed Clubroom on Wednesday 8th December 2010. Etienne began his racing career with VKC and now races on the National, European and World circuits with Canadian Doubles partner Tim Ballie. This dynamis duo are medal contenders every time they leave the startline so look out for them representing Great Britain in the 2012 Olympics!

Many congratulations to all those receiving awards - you are the foundations for each subsequent year that ensures VKC will continue to be in the spotlight as one of the countries most respected canoe and kayak clubs.

Please do not take my captions too seriously - just for laughs. And feel free to add any corrections or actual reasons that the awards were given!
