Three congrats here. Firstly, Bedford Borough Council for staging this entertainment, secondly, Bedford Borough Council for the consistently perfect condition and presentation of the Embankment setting and thirdly the performers who brought so much pleasure to everyone there. The weather was brilliant all day and there could not have been a better place for any father and family to spend Fathers Day 2009.

We captured these images of the performers and members of the public so that the event could be both recorded for those who missed it and a reminder of it for those who were there. Particularly pleased to have caught some of the action including the flying diabolo, the flying clubs, the flying carrot, the flying knives, the inverted water glass, the centrifugal lager and the apple striliking Yo-Yo! What did we miss?!

We used our full frame 5D MkII camera today so the original images are significantly larger than those uploaded here. These here are about 500k - the original RAW files are FIFTY times larger at around 25MB! Take a look at the first picture of the carrot. That is actual orignal image size so you can see how large the whole images are including the flying clubs!
